Shipping

We’re a tiny independent toy brand, and our orders are packed and sent by a very small team, so please bear with us while we get your toys out into the world.

We aim to dispatch all in-stock orders within 2–4 business days.

UK orders are sent using Royal Mail 2nd Class because, quite frankly, it’s the cheapest sensible option and we’d rather keep shipping costs down for you.

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery times are in Royal Mail’s hands. During busy periods, launches and holidays, things may take a little longer.

If your order seems to have gone missing or something looks wrong, email us at hello@bowtoys.co.uk and we’ll do our best to sort it.

Returns

We really hope you love your BOW Toys order, but if something isn’t right, get in touch.

If you change your mind, you can return an unused item in its original packaging within 14 days of receiving it.

Please email hello@bowtoys.co.uk before sending anything back so we know it’s coming.

Unless the item is faulty or we’ve sent the wrong thing, return postage is your responsibility.

If your toy arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, send us a photo and your order number and we’ll sort it as quickly as we can.

For hygiene and collectability reasons, opened blind bags or products with broken seals can’t usually be returned unless they’re faulty.
