MELODY MORTON
Creative director. Visual thinker. Chaos conductor. Collaboration Enthusiast.
Boy mum x4, horror-lover, and a walking sketchbook with 100+ tattoos. Mel has a mind made for world-building. With a background in architecture, digital design, and cultural storytelling, she doesn’t just design things - she builds feelings. She led some of LUSH’s boldest brand collabs (Barbie bath bombs, anyone?), proving that immersive, playful design can shape culture and spark obsession.
At home, graffitiing the dining table is encouraged, pink is a neutral, and the pastel pink Abarth is always ready to roll. At B.O.W Toys, Mel brings the bold, the beautiful, and the completely unexpected to everything we create.

EMMA WORROLLO
Play expert. Storyteller. Idea machine. Big kid with a point of view and zero interest in playing it safe.

Emma’s made a career helping global brand giants figure out what makes people tick and what makes them play. She’s written play guides for Nike, designed an imagination curriculum for Play-Doh, and helped brands understand how to leverage the power of play.
Now she’s building her own brand, where strategy meets storytelling and collecting cute things is absolutely a power move.
She records the People Who Play podcast with her husband Ben, swims in the sea year-round like the part-mermaid she is, and thinks nothing of boarding a long-haul flight solo with three kids in tow. She also lives with a small, judgmental pomeranian named Boushh and she might just be one of the biggest dreamers you’ll ever meet.
